Regional Heat Resiliency Plan: Extreme Heat Survey

About the Survey

This public survey asks participants about their experiences with extreme heat events and how extreme heat events impact their personal health, their families, and their community.

This survey also asks participants to pinpoint locations in the region that may offer a cooler environment in the event of extreme heat, or locations which may leave people especially vulnerable or exposed to the heat.

This survey allows participants to choose between four languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Chinese. A youth survey option is also available for people under 18 years old to talk about their extreme heat experiences.

To pick which language you would like to take the survey in, please refer to the drop-down menu in the upper left-hand corner of the survey. The survey webpage is linked at the end of this webpage for community members to access.

Please share the below flyers with family, friends, coworkers, and other community members to promote our survey!
